The NITA is nasara international professional acdemy for taping therapists.

The NITA provides information, resources, and support for professionals and patients who seek information, guidance, research, and therapy services .

Certificate of NITA

NITA members run their own Academy in their country with same course and text. After the class, an administrator submits the students information to NITA (Course & Student ID).
NITA register the information onto the NITA certificate program. Students can check up their information on the NITA website and request the certificate directly.

Clinical Taping

Splenius Capitus

Place the base of the Y-shaped tape over the center of T4 spine. Apply the tape towards the mastoid process while flexing & rotating the head contra-lateral side. You may apply the tape along the side of hairline toward the mastoid process.

With the patient's arm laterally abducted, apply the base of the Y strip to the insertion of the muscle-posterior and superior to the scapula. With the arm extended forward and raised slightly higher than the shoulder in order to fully stretch the muscle, tape the superior tail of the Y along the inferior aspect of spine of the scapula; tape the posterior tail along the lateral border of the scapula.

Quadratus Lumborum

Apply the base of the Y strip to PSIS. With the patient's body flexed forward in order to fully stretch the muscle, tape it towards the twelfth rib.

Apply the base of the Y strip slightly inferior to ASIS With the patient's knee fully flexed, tape it along the borders of patella.

Tibialis Anterior

Apply one end of the I strip to the lateral condyle of the tibia. With the patient's knee slightly flexed and the ankle in a plantarflexed position, tape it across the dorsum of the foot towards the center of the medial arch of the foot.
